blood pressure and pulse rate sank
lung function was stimulated
muscles, joints and tendons were strengthened
the metabolism was positively affected
digestion was improved
calorie burning was increased and weight was slightly reduced

Nature and climate
Seefeld is located at 1200m so that the surrounding peaks are not that far away. They also provide a barrier to the cool north winds and help to make the climate mild and comfortable. Even for we locals, the plants on the plateau are quite unique - rhododendron grow on the slopes at the edge of village, while gentians and anenomes race one another to bloom. Of course, this beauty needs the occasional shower - nature has to remain green and healthy!

It's wonderful that the water in our springs and lakes is of such a high quality. And that we can tramp all over the fields and woods without worrying about poisonous or dangerous creatures! Familes with small children especially treasure this boundless freedom!

Activities
Sportsmen and -women are happy to swap the enclosed confines of the fitness studio for the wide range of mountain bike routes, Nordic walking trails hiking paths - from easy to difficult - and golf courses.
